With a career spanning 13 years in the hospitality industry, Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Dalmore. From working in cellar operations and as a bar attendant, Kristen through her astute business mind and a willingness for hard work rose through the ranks to become Licensee of a busy inner city hotel, responsible for all facets of the operation. Kristen completed the Liquor Licensees course in 2001 and has qualifications in occupational health and safety.
