MANAGING DIRECTOR (NSW & QLD & ACT)                     - KEN BOWDITCH

With in excess of 25 years experience in Policing and 12 in the security industry, Ken is the not only our Managing Director but sees the overall running of all commercial contracts held with Dalmore Security. His previous career saw him achieve Chief of Detectives level within the New South Wales Police force. He is qualified on an international basis to cover all corporate affairs relating to commercial investigations, security (both internal and external), disaster management, through to counter terrorism strategies. He has a Batchelor of Science degree in Security, Investigations and Disaster Management and has received numerous awards and accolades in regards to his achievements with investigations and training, both locally and abroad. He is ready to speak to you, anytime of day!


OPERATIONS MANAGER                                                - MARK SEYMOUR

Mark has over 18 years in the security industry and has held positions from security guard through to senior management. He holds a Certificate IV in Risk Management, is an expert in IT management and is a master in managing all aspects of security operations and management. Mark has excellent communication skills and has the ability to make sound and considered decisions regarding our service delivery.


ADMINISTRATION MANAGER & DIRECTOR                                        - JOAN DUNNING

Joan Dunning is a former Flight Attendant, with 36 years experience having flown with Trans Australian Airlines (TAA), Australian Airlines and Qantas, retiring in 2002. She had a distinguished career attaining operational management positions in that industry. She was a member of the Flight Attendant’s Association and held executive positions in industrial relations. Joan brings to Dalmore a wealth of experience in industrial relations, human resources and client relations.
